- Wow...I've never been wowed by getting my black car reserved.
- It is a nice service to have access to ULC. I am a road-warrior I work Monday through Thursdays, so doing these types of things that my concierge does would never get done. He handles my to do lists for my corporate travel and now everything gets done. I am exhausted when I am home and when I do have some time to myself, it is the last thing I want to do. He is not only professional, he deals with each request as if I was the only client. I would hire him for my team anytime.
