How can I sign up? 
Since we take a very personalized approach to assigning you a Lifestyle Manager, the first step before you sign up is to find out your requirements. Go to Contact page, tell us what you need, and a Business Analyst will be in touch within a few hours to schedule a time to speak with you. Based on your requirements we will choose a professional from our team that we recommend for your specific project or projects.

How do I get assigned a Virtual Assistant or Lifestyle Manager?
First contact is by phone or email so that we can make sure we understand your business and requirements. Based on your unique business requirements we match a Lifestyle Manager/VA with your core values or your company culture and values. 
Then we suggest the virtual professional with the right skills and personality that will be a good fit. It's a fast and efficient process and you'll be up and running in no time.

How do I pay?
After we choose the Lifestyle Manager or virtual assistant that’s right for you, choose the plan you’d like to sign up for. You can easily pay online via credit card, Cash App  or through PayPal. Your plan will renew on the same day each month. Midsize to Large Firms based on contractual agreement.

Are the plans flexible?
Yes, our approach is flexible. You can start with one plan, and upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. In fact you can upgrade and downgrade multiple times as your needs change throughout the year. We ask for a 72 hour notice to terminate any agreement.

What is a virtual assistant?
 Virtual assistant (VA). Your own Virtual Executive Assistant you work with on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your Virtual Assistant will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences, while learning to anticipate your needs without you having to repeat yourself. A keeper of TIME.

Where will my Lifestyle Manager/Virtual Assistant be located? 
All of our VA’s are located in the United States and you'll work with an assistant in the time zone of your preference. Please be aware that your VA will be working from their US time zone when completing your tasks.

Unfortunately, VA's work Monday through Friday 9 am to 6:00pm off Saturday's and Sundays off all Major Holidays New Years, New Years Eve, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas
