The concierge is available 24 hours per day 7 day a week with a 4 hour notification. We can be available full-time and we can handle request via mobile, email, fax, and online for your company. However, the on-call concierge is our newest service. We will staff your office or building with an on-call concierge or travel agent for 8 hours or 24 hours. If you need a week we are there. This availability is extremely valuable to keep business running smoothly when your concierge needs a day off.
